Steadfast Stone is a rock trinket added in The Reheated Update.
Effects
- When taking fatal damage, prevents it and instead crushes another trinket that Golem is holding, spawning a
Soul Heart and activating any Crush Effect the trinket may have.
- This effect will always crush other trinkets first — if not holding any trinkets other than Steadfast Stone, Steadfast Stone will be crushed.
Notes
- Trinkets that are gulped/smelted will not be crushed.
- Steadfast Stone will not prevent effects that would instantly kill Golem regardless of health, such as
Suicide King, 
Plan C and 
Damocles.
Interactions
Trinket Multipliers: Multiplies the amount of Soul Hearts that spawn when preventing death.
Azurite Spindown: Using Azurite Spindown on Steadfast Stone rerolls it into 
Sun Shard.
